As of 4 March 2024, the NSW Government introduced the Estimated Development Cost which supersedes 'Cost of Development' and 'Capital Investment Value'. These EDC’s can ONLY be prepared by Registered Members of the AIQS.
With a CQS in our team, we can assist with preparing these reports for all development types including State Significant Development (SSD) and State Significant Infrastructure (SSI).
